Great to see so many players in contention for the player of the week, loads of notable contributions in a week where the first three sides and the Colts all won and the fourths improved their performance.
Jon Trower and Oliver Bennett recorded their first half centuries for the firsts and Beck Frostick surprisingly took his first ever five for at any level.
Matthew Clayton made a fantastic 80 not out from just 43 balls for the seconds in their win at Green Moor.
Freddie Chapman made his second century for the club against Thurgoland, making 120 from 108 balls. In the same game Jordan Slattery made 34 not out from just 14 balls and followed it up with 4 wickets.
However this week’s player of the week, with virtually a run a ball 126 for the seconds and his second Championship century of the season is Sheryaar Ali. Well done Shaz!!!!!
