Collegiate will have a host of talented young players in their second eleven, who will all be wanting to push their way into the Premier League team.
It will be Ali Zaryab’s debut for the club as he lands in the country on Thursday morning. The club are hoping that Ali will be the strongest overseas in the Championship as a left hand opening batsman and right arm off spinner.
Another debutant will be Zamarsh Tarakhil who enjoyed his two friendlies last weekend, retiring in both fixtures with unbeaten half centuries.
The average age of the first team will be just shy of 21 with five teenagers in the side. The club are hoping that the players use this season in the Championship to develop and work hard on their resilience.
