The thirds are in cup action on Sunday at Woolley, thanks to some excellent coin tossing in the first round. We play host to Oughtibridge CC 2nd XI who currently prop up division 3 and are yet to win a league game this campaign and were given a bye in the first round of this years Presidents Trophy. The thirds will be looking for a cup run similar to that of the 2021 season, when they reached the final, only to be defeated by a single run Penistone's first team, who ran away with the division three title that same year. Stumps are pitched at midday on Sunday at Woolley, and it would be great if we could get plenty of people down to support the side.
