The third eleven entertain Stocksbridge tied on points with their opponents. Barnsley currently sit fifth in the standings but having played a game more. A win could see them climb to third.

Barnsley will have to do so without talented 15 year old Ollie Chaoman-Stott, who’s already contributed well with the bat and sits second in the run charts for the side. Callum Bentley is also missing, he’s the sides leading run scorer.

Alex Gough’s team will have to rely on runs from other areas, as he sees the return of Adrianna Darlow back from county duty for Derbyshire ladies. Dairen Hirst-Spalding drops back into the threes and is also another spin option for Alex.

Gurnoor Singh makes his first appearance for the side this year and his batting will hopefully help to fill any voids left by the absentees.
